Next Chapter Hub: The Caregiver Journey
This podcast is for caregivers and their families. I cared for my husband for seven years, who had early onset Alzheimer’s and my mother who had lung and brain cancer. Whether you’re early in the journey, towards the end, or in the next chapter, this podcast is for you. We’re going to explore a lot of topics together, - family dynamics, mental health, fitness, intimacy, and the role of kids in caregiving. We’re going to laugh together and cry together. Caregiving was transformational for me. And, I don’t say that lightly. I see myself, my family and friends, my relationship with God, and the world around me very differently today because of caregiving. Let’s do this – together!

This podcast is for caregivers and their families. This episode is about how I was "drafted" into the role of a caregiver and how family dynamics play a role in how a caregiver experiences (positive or negative) the journey of caregiving.
